What Is PRX-T33?
PRX-T33 contains trichloroacetic acid (TCA) and hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂). H₂O₂ is added to many different aesthetic solutions to minimize discomfort and encourage healing.
The main ingredient in PRX-T33, TCA, is used to cause controlled damage to the upper layer of skin (epidermis), enabling it to “peel” away for a significant reduction in facial blemishes. The TCA also reaches the dermis (layer of skin underneath), stimulating collagen production in order to regrow newer, smoother skin with a more uniform tone.
Am I a Good Candidate for PRX-T33?

What to Expect During a PRX-T33 Session
Your PRX-T33 session will begin with a facial cleanse. Next, we will use a specialized massage pattern to apply the formula. This is typically done in two to five layers to allow for adequate distribution of the TCA. We’ll then rinse off your skin before applying a soothing retinol cream for additional comfort and healing assistance.
What to Expect After a PRX-T33 Session
No downtime is necessary after a PRX-T33 session, and thanks to the H₂O₂, recovery is usually relatively fast. Most clients experience minimal redness that subsides within just a few hours. Over the next few days, you may notice the old epidermis flaking or peeling off, but do not pick or rub your skin.
You will likely need two to five sessions to achieve your maximum results. To maintain your new and improved look going forward, remember to apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) and to schedule maintenance treatments every six months to a year.
